Nemesis BAU Project is part of Globe Telecom’s network modernization program where I am the QA tester for Service Provisioning System – Toolbox module. The main function of this module is to provision (activate) and de- provision (de-activate) the DUO, ROAMING and RBT services. Testing is executed using PUTTY for TELNET, TRACEROUTE and MML commands and SOAPUI for XML requests. Also included on the responsibility is to create/ update test cases and request approval from Technical Lead, QA Manager, Project Manager and Systems designer.
Nemesis BAU TMSS (Transit Mobile Switching Server) collecting data CDRs (Call Detailed Record) logs. The main function of TMSS is to migrate and processed all legacy CDRs which include Call forwarding, Roaming, POC and PTC to new server which is called Amdocs Mediation. Testing executed using Putty for monitoring if mediation gatherer is up. WinSCP for processing raw cdrs to mediation and Windows GUI for processing cdrs to its downstream which is INOPAC server. Also included on the responsibility is to sanity check of raw cdrs from legacy which is NOKIA to HT Huawei and creates/ updates test cases/Test plan and request approval from Technical Lead, QA Manager, Project Manager and Systems designer.
