PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

U.S.Renal Dialysis,Texas- Biomedical Equipment Technician II (4/2019 to current) Performs preventative maintenance on Renal Dialysis equipment, reverse-osmosis water system, dialysate delivery system and quality controls along with Water system disinfection. Participate in all facility audits. KIDNEY CENTER OF ARVADA / AMERICAN RENAL ASSOCIATES - Arvada, Colorado Facility Technical Manager/Safety Coordinator (Jan.11 to July 2013) Relocated to Colorado to open multiple startup Dialysis Facilities in the Denver metro region. Hired, trained and scheduled technical staff and set up policies and procedures to ensure compliance with JCAHO regulations. Met with the Medical Director on a monthly basis for status reports and assisting with new facility openings.

Conducted monthly staff meetings, performed staff evaluations and quarterly audits. Performed preventative maintenance on Renal Dialysis equipment, reverse-osmosis water system, dialysate delivery system and quality controls.
