Power Point
Meta Business Suite
Like in any workplace, communication is key. We all have to be on the same page and listen to each other to be as efficient as possible when conducting daily activities. The message must be clear and concise without room for interpretation. Direct messages benefit everyone, and it’s something to rely upon to better myself and the company.
LEADERSHIP
As an operations manager, it is vital to organize and lead your team in the work environment. Leading by example is the best way to break through and show others the type of energy that works best in any office. The ability to listen to your staffs ideas will build a foundation of trust amongst the team. These are all qualities I strive to exhibit on a day to day basis.
