● I wrote & maintained Standardize Order Processes across the plant departments, developing S.O.P GM-GMS Procedures.
● I supported, scored, posted, and communicated all GM-GMS scores and department improvements.

● I lead/drove process changes improvements, through value stream mapping.
● I championed communication between departments at all levels for GM-GMS.
