● I supported, scored, posted, and communicated all GM-GMS scores and department improvements.

● Ensuring all safety initiatives are integrated into GM-GM-GMS activities and improvements.

● I lead/drove process changes improvements, through value stream mapping.

● I championed communication between departments at all levels for GM-GMS.
