Bids, Takeoffs, client relations, Office, field, hire/fire all aspects of building hands on from ground up,Multi-million dollar Custom houses, tenant improvements, framing, finish, commercial doors and hardware.

Always kept license active when not running big jobs as a Superintendent.

In charge building Dorms at UC San Diego, UC Irvine, Nordstroms across US. Hire/fire employees, daily reports, RFI’s, work directly with owners & client reps. Oversaw and arranged of all deliveries of materials. Did all weekly and monthly safety meetings. Checked daily equipment safety checklists. Stayed in budget and met all deadlines.

2015–2016

Was hired to help with International Airport in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, (middle east). Short term contract to organize all door and hardware installations. 86 acre jobsite with over 24,000 employees. Personally responsible for over 80,000 doors, 400 employees, receiving of doors hardware and frames. Built door shop for installation of hardware and receive all hardware in one area.

All military contracts, underground, concrete, new structures,(all types), Boiler replacements, HVAC upgrades, Base wide guardrail replacements, Giant wash tower for LCAC amphibious landing craft, Pools, GIANT dive towers, pool drains, Combat towns hangers, Etc. Ran as many as 5 jobs at a time. Did all daily government documentation for projects, safety& equipment. Worked directly with area commanders for scheduling. Won two STAR awards for safety at Camp Pendleton, CA., safety model for all military installations.

Responsibilities not limited to but included; production, meeting all deadlines, meeting with owner & architect to resolve any problems. Logistics of receiving materials, tracking delivery times & getting materials to proper areas undamaged. Daily reports, Safety meetings, job site clean up schedules for subs.
