I have worked as a Team Leader in a medicine and oncology ward for 2 year and in pediatric ward for 1 month. I managed staff very well and worked according to policies. I use effective communication skills in decision making as well as I have worked for 2 years in Private wing II as a full timer Nurse and also while continuing my studies I have worked there as Part timer nurse for further 2 years. After Post RN BSCN I am working in mind and brain service line (neurology and neurosurgery) till date.

•I have ability to support my staff in patient care when they stuck

•On weekend I also play the role of CNI in pediatric ward. I arranged staffs and sometimes change their duties according to situations take their classes.

•Make good communications with staffs give clear instructions.

•Distribute special assignments and take follow up that assignment should be checked properly

•During my duty I strictly monitor staffs time management related to their work, dress code and coordination with patients, negligence, malpractices and non-disciplinary behaviors. Moreover, I report it to the management

•Listen team members’ feedback and work on it.

•I take proper over about patient and their conditions

•Follow 5 rights of medication

•Use effective communication skills to help patients and their families to take appropriate decisions related to their treatment.
