2.Collaborates with management on areas regarding recruitment, diversity, EEO laws, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, progressive discipline, training, strategic management and organizational development.

3.Responsible for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding, training and development, performance management, retention, and offboarding.

4.Provide oversight and direction to internal teams focused on culture initiatives; use employee data to identify culture initiatives needed to improve engagement.

Human Resource & Operations Manager (Full Time – 40hrs per week) April 2022 – February 2023

1.Manage USGLC’s HRIS to improve the oversight of the interviewing/application process, employee goalsetting, training, evaluations, and personnel files & ensure all staff stay in compliance.

2.Partake in all conflict resolution processes with supervisory staff to ensure FLSA compliance. Conduct corrective (progressive) action through performance improvement plans to ensure augmentation within set timeframes.

3.Act as the benefits administrator by creating, updating & managing each benefit plan for all employees. Tasks include enrolling new employees, 403(b) retirement management, negotiating renewals, collecting census data, examining plan design or benefit changes to save costs, researching plans & vendors, and collecting experience data.

4.Use predictive attrition tools to improve retention efforts, reduce turnover rates, and forecast the impact of people policies on well-being, and bottom-line performance to improve/monitor employee engagement.

Practice Management Supervisor (Full Time – 40hrs per week) October 2020 – April 2022

1.Management of all practice activities including patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, cash posting, clinic certifications and licenses, required education, inventory, and resource utilization.

2.Provides daily leadership of physician clinics and respective departments. (ENT, Ophthalmology & Belpre Shared Services). Including coordinating cross-departmental communication and collaboration for effective patient care. This includes staff development and interfacing with multidisciplinary departments and conducting weekly and monthly staff meetings.

3.Responsible for efficiency analysis and the development of guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities and direction, as necessary, for organizational operations.
