JOB DUTIES

Sales Manager

Follow leads, meet with perspective clients to gain knowledge of their remodel project.

Communicate all aspects of the job owners are wanting to accomplish.

Listen to clients desires as well as concerns about the project.

Designer

Custom design individual projects for perspective clients.

Create drawings for independent architects and vendors.

Work with client to insure all expectations are met with the drawings.

Sales / Estimator

Select sub-contractors for acquiring exact estimates for mechanical/trades work to be completed.

Compile and create material list, special order items, finish details for millwork items and all finishing aspects of the project.

Create and draft proposal/contract for client and company to be executed for work to commence.

Project Manager

Create detailed timeline for project and present to clients for approval.

Responsible for acquiring all necessary permits as well as locating utilities prior to starting work.

Set time frames with company personal as well as sub-contractors and vendors for delivery of services and materials.

Execute direction and communication with sub-contractors and employees to keep time on track.

Daily onsite checks for craftsmanship, safety procedures, and coordination with subcontractors.

Communicate on daily basis with client to insure confidence and answer any questions that may arise through the project.

Lead Carpenter

My responsibility as lead carpenter was to ensure accuracy and expert craftsmanship throughout the project.

Responsible for training of all new employees

Administrative Responsibilities

Hiring and interviewing of new employees.

Guidance of book keeping for secretarial employees and accountants.

Keeping up on new trends, latest products and new building codes.

Keeping all safety products for employees on hand as well as acquiring any special safety products needed for certain projects.
