Job Responsibilities

Developing, implementing and monitoring the company HSE system / plan.

Ensuring Risk Assessment Analysis is done in advance of commencement of activities and ensuring all preventive / control measures are in place

Ensure all permits are available for works on site and all safety precautions are taken

Interact and provide leadership to all employees and workers to drive safety awareness, engagement and improvement

Imparting adequate training / awareness of HSE systems / regulations especially safety for all personnel and subcontractors on site

Perform periodical audits throughout facility to detect existing or potential incident, or environmental hazards and determine corrective /preventive measures

Lead the investigation of incidents/injuries and co-ordinate review meetings

Ensure Emergency procedures are effectively communicated, followed and conduct periodic emergency drills in coordination with Client personnel

Assure implementation of all HSE policies and procedures by contractors and contract workers engaged by company

Ensuring Preventive actions are taken to avoid repetitions of non-conformances

Interaction with ‘Client for monitoring Safety Performance, Weekly Reporting and documentation

Prompt reporting of all near miss, incidents, accidents on site and Investigation / Assistance during Investigation

Carrying out HSE Inspections / Audits on site and reporting status and effectiveness of the system

Monitoring of site HSE personnel performance

Educate and motivate all levels of the organization to put safety first and aim toward a zero-incident safety culture
