Position: Public Relationship Officer (NYSC)
Summary of Job Functions:
HR & Administrative Support
Assists in managing administration and operational tasks, as appropriate;
Follows-up staff planning table (staff annual leave, sickness, unjustified absences) and prepares monthly report;
Backs-up the administration support, in case of absence of substantive staff, with basic Admin and human resources tasks.
Secretarial duties
Follows/registers incoming correspondence /communications to the office of the Director
Identifies complex, urgent or sensitive information for special treatment
Follow up with Director to ensure that time sensitive replies are sent in a timely manner.
Keeps record of all mail sent and all documents given for signature and/or information to the Director;
Photocopies and collates documents as requested;
Creates and maintains the filing and reference systems in conformity with the criteria in use
Provides assistance with respect to scheduling of meetings for the Director;
Monitor the stock of stationery supplies and updates the stock, as appropriate. Front-desk service services
Monitors all visitors to the office; issues visitors slips to them, and directs them to the relevantly;
Receives, registers and dispatch all office communication
