● We helped homeless people that were high risk to Covid-19 get temporary housing.

● I had to chart each persons information into our database then transcribed it into the LAUSA data base.

● I was responsible of gathering information of what happened during the shift before ours as well as communicating what happened during our shift to the next. I had to oversee that the whole operation was operating effectively. That meant I had to communicate with each department on my site about current situations, I had to keep everyone updated on policy and procedures, and work expectancies for each depeartment.

● It was very important that I reviewed all documents and insured that everything was filled out and that it was correct so that we can get funded for the operation.
