Provide all other design and drafting support for the Deer Park, Texas Facility pump repair shop and engineering group.

Provide quotes and scopes of work for repair and new pump systems/parts.

Obtain quotes for raw materials, outsourcing work, machining, fabrication etc. and enter this cost into price sheets along with in house labor hours to eventually go into work scope pricing.

Item entry in the ERP system SyteLine, including operations, labor hours, stock locations, BOMs for assemblies and sub-assemblies etc.

Size materials per drawings to obtain quotes from vendors for raw materials or outside services to have cost captured and applied to items/jobs in SyteLine.

Job order creation in SyteLine which includes assembling the job packets with drawings, job material picklist, routers, job operation listings, travelers, specification sheets, etc. to go to the shop floor for production.

Track progress of job orders created in SyteLine through the shop for parts to be manufactured and assembled, coordinating with outside vendors, and updating progress in shared team reports from start to finish and delivery to customer.

Attend daily meetings for pumps and valves to report and record progress of items on order, parts being manufactured, assembled; to stay updated on progressions of jobs and foreseeable issues such as possible missed delivery dates.

Complete jobs in SyteLine once operations are physically completed, materials have been transacted and job is finished and ready to move on to the next step or to be delivered to the customer and delivered in the system for invoicing.

Provided overall design and drafting support for the pump pipeline and repairs group.

Mapped out hydraulic flow areas to determine modifications for pump performance re-rates.

Assisted in the designing of pump skid packages including but not limited to, base plate design, lube oil consoles, piping and tubing, control valves, vibration, temperature, and fluid level monitoring systems.

Designed and reverse engineered pump components utilizing the Romer arm to reverse engineer parts for repair and manufacturing and for various studies including trouble shooting for vibration issues such as pulsation and acoustic resonance.
