When describing myself I would like to say that I am a very hardworking individual who has experience working with others as well as working independently. I work very hard to perfect my work as much as possible as I am willing to put my best in everything I do. I get along with everyone from different backgrounds, cultures, and age groups as I am a friendly individual and approachable. I love making new friends and have good communication skills. I am a very sociable individual who enjoys involving myself with others as well as getting things done; I am highly self motivated and outgoing. I am eager to learn new skills and experiences and open to many challenges that may occur. I have excellent attendance and punctuality and I will continue to keep that up.

Experience:

In April 2021, I started working as a waitress at Cinnamon Club Sunderland. I have gained many experiences and would now like to experience a different workplace to enhance my abilities and explore different careers in waitressing.

My time in Cinnamon Club and Primark has been great also my attendance and punctuality has been excellent throughout my time at Cinnamon Club and Primark. I have gained many skills such as the ability to work under pressure during busy times in the year while still providing high quality service. I anticipated customers' needs and provided them with a positive outcome while upholding Cinnamon Clubs and Primarks standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. My friendly approach towards all customers and colleagues helped create a positive communication which led to positivity within the environment.

●These transferable skills are valuable to me which will help me in the fashion and beauty industry where I may interact with customers when assisting with stay and ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Work experience: Barnes Juniors School

This experience helped me increase my potential career prospects as I gained insight into roles and responsibilities and got a true feeling of working everyday for a week.

Skills i have gained:

●I have learnt how to communicate with children and built a positive relationship with them.

●Problem solving skills thinking of new ideas and thinking of better ways of doing things which made us easier for the children to understand things.

●Time management skills turning up to every class on time building a routine and schedule with each class.

●I have gained confidence which made me happier to work with the children and enabled me to take feedback for the future.

I have also completed my Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. I developed compassion and perseverance through my challenging but rewarding volunteering. I would love to continue this time and dedication through your company by doing everything to the best of my ability and high standards.

I would like to work in Boots because it offers a wide range of beauty and skincare products, and I love being surrounded by the latest trends and helping others enhance their beauty routines.
