Functioned in the Role of Senior Blaze Advisor Rules Service Architect responsible for the Business Rule Engine and associated Rules Maintenance Application Web Interface to effect the decisioning in the following areas of eligibility processing: Eligibility Exclusion, Non-Financial Eligibility, Financial Eligibility, Assistance Unit Calculations, Eligibility Forms Generation and Post Processing. Specific duties included:

Conversion of the existing Java based prototype code and Rules Maintenance Application Web Interface to Blaze Advisor 7.1 using the Eclipse plug-in by converting the Java Object Model to XML, removing all interfaces and methods and converting the Java code to Structured Rules Language code.

Developed, deployed and tested the Rules Maintenance Application on WebSphere 8.0 which included custom dual column database providers to allow the use of database tables as drop lists.

Created hundreds of custom RMA templates and Decision Tables to support the generation of complex Structured Rule Language code to support ongoing client requirements and bug fixes, which also included defining database tables, views and stored procedures.
