Day to day operations including personal and provider scheduling for meetings, seminars, training, etc.
Maintaining cash/check/charge copayments, deposits, and record keeping.
Routinely conducting trials and surveys to investigate clinic flow for optimal efficiency, based on reviewing monthly reporting metrics.
Knowledgeable with Epic, Excel and Word.
