Day to day operations including personal and provider scheduling for meetings, seminars, training, etc.

Maintaining cash/check/charge copayments, deposits, and record keeping.

Routinely conducting trials and surveys to investigate clinic flow for optimal efficiency, based on reviewing monthly reporting metrics.

Knowledgeable with Epic, Excel and Word.

Maintaining the front desk, check in/out for scheduled clinic, along with walk in clinic, while managing the phone lines.
