Making the Team
I take pride in mobilizing a strong and healthy work environment. I’ve discovered it’s the little things that matter the most. I make sure I have everyone’s special day (birthday, graduation, anniversary, etc.) on my calendar. I pride myself on announcing and rewarding my team openly. Don’t be surprised if you catch my team laughing, playing musical chairs, or having a cook- off.
Giving power to those who have perfected a skill through peer training is probably one of the most effective methods for growth and making workers feel valued and appreciated.
I bring an inclusive approach to the work day that makes people “want” to perform to the best of their ability.
