Vice President - Events & Operations

Team IP June 2022 - Aug 2023

● Regulate nationwide day-to-day operations of warehouses, satellite offices, transportation fleet, event representatives, and internal employee engagements year-round to ensure customers receive their Team IP products on-time.

● Clients include all College Football Bowl games; US Olympic Boxing, Artistic Swimming; 20+ high school sports associations; Junior Volleyball Association (JVA); Amateur Athletic Union (AAU); United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA); Perfect Game; 3 Step Sports; etc.

● Act as Direct Report and be responsible for all warehouse operations nationally with staffing & Team IP reps

● Report revenue shares, profit & loss reports, employee performance and commissions from e-commerce and in-person sales events to President and CEO.

● Compile weekly earnings statements, major events, client testimonials, and messages from Accounting, HR, and the Executive Suite to share with employees every week as a “state of the union” address and establish printers for all events nationwide.

● Partner with Human Resources to improve employee compensation and benefit packages company-wide.

● Monitor customer satisfaction, handle all disputes, and develop customer service best practices to implement for employees.

● Conduct post event key client review meetings in-person and by zoom directly with clients.

● Organize the implementation of new product rollouts, expand promo merchandise mix for events to clients.

● Direct contact with customers and existing vendors for customer retention and identify new clients nationwide.

● Organize travel, budget for expenses, follow logistics, and conduct event recaps after each sports event with each team in the events division.

● Track delivery driver fleet and work with drivers to properly maintain machinery.

● Establish live inventory tracking in national warehouses using bar codes within the Veracore platform.

● Recruit, hire, train, and mobilize all employees within the Events division.

● Prepare presentations for executive leadership and plan company retreats.

● Conduct weekly staff meeting to recap performance and prepare for next week’s events. Vice President – Marketing & Events Sponsorship

● Oversee the payroll department, including the processing of employee payroll, 941s, W2s, and 1099s for 14 employees reporting and utilizing DOL regulations and best practices

● Supervise 401Ks and annual auditing processes, negotiating the most effective rates and investments for the organization and its employees as well as 40+ recruits in the field completing clients’ projects
