My support of the NetJets Fleet was divided into various ongoing functions that required me to provide information in a clear, effective, and co-operative approach with numerous departments and at all levels within NetJets and P&WC. On a typical day I work with NetJets and other OEM’s in the following areas.
oTo assist with resolution of day-to-day technical issues; This requires a very active role in with various departments within Netjets and P&WC to ensure that all the necessary resources are available to assist in resolving any issue effecting the reliability of the NetJets fleet.
oConstantly review the NetJets fleet to identify reliability issues that many have an impact on the NetJets fleet. After identifying issues that may effect reliability, I work with various department within P&WC formulate corrective action plan and oversee the implantation into the NetJets fleet. There are two programs that were successfully completed during my assignment at NetJets. I contributed the success of both of these programs to my ability to create a positive team effort between various OEM’s and NetJets.

oI also had the responsibility for the Entry into Service (EIS) for several aircraft types; the Raytheon Beech jet 400XP, Dassault Falcon 2000EX and the Gulfstream G200. Here my main focus is to ensure that all the necessary preparations have been completed, so the aircraft transition into the NetJets fleet was smooth and efficient. Areas that I focused on were training, technical manuals, parts and tooling.

Working with diversified customers and cultures was a challenge that I enjoyed. I believe my success in resolving issues with the customers in this region was due to me taking the time to listen to their concerns and reformulating solutions that satisfied both the customer and P&WC requirements.
During this assignment I received the Individual Recognition Award for initiative, enthusiasm, collaboration and contribution over and above the normal work expectations.

In this position I was responsible for the disassemble of 44 new T-34C-1 type aircraft for shipment to the Republic of China (Taiwan) and for the reassembly and test flight, with the aircraft eventually being transferred to the Republic of China Air Force.
Drafted the Disassembly/Reassembly manuals along with the Final Test and Checkout procedures manuals for the T-34C-1 Taiwan program.
The completion schedule for these 44 aircraft was completed on time. I was also responsible for the management and training of approximately 30 Chinese personnel during this program.
