Project Description:
This is a migration project. We have a number of sites which are used by business for day to day activities. These are legacy sites developed in SP 2010 and are being migrated to SharePoint Online.
Responsibilities:
We are engaged in migrating SharePoint 2010 sites to SharePoint Online
There are around 200 sites which needs to be migrated. Involved in phase wise migration.
Work involved recreating 2010 components in SPOnline using tools like PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SPFx webparts, etc.
We developed SPFx webpart for one of project which accepted PRN file as input. We validated all entries in the PRN file and based on validations, we created entry in SharePoint list and directed the user to the edit form of the newly created entry.
Allocating daily work to developers and myself and overlooking if the assigned work is completed within allotted time.

This project was about migration of public folder contents from Exchange Server 2010 to SharePoint 2013 site.This is end to end migration i.e. all data in exchange folder needed to be migrated to SharePoint sites. Replicate as is Exchange public folder permissions and hierarchy in SharePoint.
