Conduct efficiency reviews (six sigma) and consult on compliance issues for a large-scale cabinet and furniture manufacturing plant. Provide detailed analysis of every production line. Recommend solutions to make improvements. Create all compliance reporting tools. Create all compliance reporting documentation and processes for every agency Elite interacts with. Conduct compliance audits for the company, make corrective actions.

Health, Safety and Environment Officer: (3 years)

Oversee the school safety and protection team (S.S.A.P.T.) for the Paradise Valley School District under special assignment with the police department. Support, lead, develop, and implement standards for building security, live event security, investigations of policy violations and security risk mitigation. Create, write and implement school safety policy, best practices, and emergency procedures for multiple large scale commercial building complexes. Teaching students and staff law-related education (180 hour/year teaching requirement). Grant writing and statistical record keeping. Conduct safety audits of facilities, practices and develop sound recommendations for corrections. Attend Accident Review meetings to review accidents/injuries to determine corrective actions. •Authored and taught city business partners the ''Transit City Partner'' program allowing me opportunity to educate C-Suite administrators on the importance of fraud, financial crime, and property crime reduction efforts within their organizations in respect to their partnerships with the City Transit Unit.

•Recovered approximately 1 million dollars of assets. Reduced fraud, waste and abuse related to crimes against the City and city partners over 10 years. Work with business leaders to understand and service security-related issues and functions.

•Winner of the ''Distinguished Service Award'' for the successful recovery of approximately $55,000 dollars of city property during an undercover operation while collaborating with multiple outside agencies and city partners. This case was initiated by a financial records review of invoices from credit purchases.

Assistant Project Manager for multi-property corporate security contracts with various clients including a commercial banking and finance company, credit card manufacturing facility and construction sites.

Development and administration of security protocol for various property types including banks, cash vaults, high rises, and large, multi-level buildings throughout Arizona. Plan, assign, supervise and direct work. Review, interview, and train new employees. Responsible for the growth and development of the safety team and culture across multiple locations and contracts.

Day-to-day management of security operations and team members at the Bank Central Cash Vault, 50+ physical bank branch locations, a work site with 7 multi-story corporate structures and over 2,500 employees, The Collier Center in Downtown Phoenix, and various other locations across the state.

Support executive and employee protection functions and assist with necessary personnel threat mitigation. Assist in negotiation, selection, and placement of qualified security contractors.
