Experience Maintenance Director: Fayette County Public Schools 2017-Present

Oversees all physical property consisting of real estate, buildings, and building installed equipment within

the responsibility of Fayette County Schools. Ensures a safe and wholesome environment conducive to

student learning, and to assist in the enhancement goals. Responsible for providing the best environment

for students and staff. Manages the functions of: building and utility systems maintenance, grounds

maintenance, conceptual planning and design for construction, renovation and remodeling projects,

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in the general maintenance and

upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Responsible for maintaining electrical, plumbing,

mechanical, and related systems.

Cable Technician: Makotek 2007-2010

Responsible for collecting payments and/or cable equipment from delinquent cable TV subscribers by

driving to subscribers’ home and making contact with the customer. If payment was not secured, was

responsible for performing disconnection of services.

Expander Operator: Carrier Corporation 2001-2007

To set up and operate machinery to expand coils. To measure and inspect machined parts to ensure

conformance to product specifications.

Preclean Room: Smith and Nephews 2000-2001

To ensure sterilization during final packaging of prosthetic limbs. Parts are decontaminated by moving

through an acid bath in a process called passivation. From there, parts are sealed and boxed in clean

rooms served by dedicated units with HEPA filters, reheat, and humidifiers.

Fin Press Operator: Carrier Corporation 1998-2000

To set up and operate the fin press machine to produce coils for air conditioning units.
