Supervise /Manage Maintenance technicians of daily tasks and ensure all safety procedures are being performed. Ensure all job tasks are documented in PC mechanic. Responsible for 94 forklifts and 125 dock levelers and all other equipment in a 1.5 million square ft warehouse.

September 2013 –Oct 2016 Site Lead – Magnetation
Directing team members to perform daily activities including but not limited to: inspections of Donaldson Environmental Dust control collection system through the site, in conjunction with Noltec Environmental control system. Managed all maintenance to include but not limited to: changing filters and adjusting valves and dampers ensuring maintaining operational readiness at peak performance. Additionally, manage all rental equipment including maintenance, training, and operation. Work with Environmental Manager ensuring site operates within EPA permits. Coordinated and managed all work-order using Maximo.
May 2011 – September 2013 CNC Machinist – Caterpillar Corp
Coordinated and operated Burkhart Webber horizontal mill overseeing and performing the operational twenty processes. Conducted all performance audits to include but were not limited to: drilling, taping, boring, and finish planes in accordance with Job Instructional Standards (JIS). Additionally followed departmental Safety policies and procedure, along with reporting daily readings associated with the Computer Measuring Machine (CMM) reports.
October 2003 – January 2011 Production Supervisor - Ball Corp
Managed and supervised thirty staff members associated with operations and production lines. Responsibilities included but were not limited to: Performing Safety audits and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) audits, in conjunction with developing and reviewing Safety Standard Operational Procedure (SSOP’s), along with writing operational and production job descriptions and training. Maintained documentation and reporting for all production, downtime, maintenance, and preventive maintenance. Coordinated and supervised annual evaluations for hourly employees providing guidance for continuous improvements, requirement s, and accountability.
June 1994 – October 2003 Machinist Millwright - Ball Corp
Completed over 20,000 man-hours associated with machine shop repairs, fabrications, and maintenance. Supervised and scheduled overhauls, repairs, and rebuilds associated with major operational machinery to include but not limited to: pumps, trimmers, spindles, body makers, and cartridges. In addition conducted visual and physical inspections of surface grinding tolerance ensuring that outside diameters (O/D) and inside diameters (I/D) were in accordance with prescribe tolerances. Fabricated and manufactured shafts, bushing, and safety guarding for all operational and support production equipment. Conducted training and certification for repairs and rebuilds directly related to the Rutherford Can Machinery inker.
October 1988 – June 1994 Maintainer - Ball Corp
Responsibilities included but were not limited to: performing daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annually, and annually operational equipment maintenance, in conjunction with rebuilding of the Standum Body Makers / Belvac Trimmers. Completed training and certification for repairs set-up, and rebuilding of the Belvac Trimming Equipment.
