Monitor target achievements and ensure sales KPIs productivity, line per call and value per call.

Split QTR targets SKU’s wise- week/month & daily wise to the distributor as per contribution & section potential.

Effective execution of promotional schemes and trade offers given by the Company

Estimates stock requirements and ensure the availability of stocks at the distributor for the territory on weekly base.
