NATURE OF JOB & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working in Green field, Brown field & in MOC Job and individually complete assignments under the guidance of engineering specialist or the departmental manager.

Inter Disciplinary co-ordination and working collaboratively with Project management, Design, Technical purchase, operation, Quality engineers, other internal staff and PMC/EPC Contractor.

Engineering deliverable review (BEP, DEP, P & I’d, IPDS, Data sheet, Sizing Sheet, TBA, Hook up, I/0 & Index list, JB and cable schedule, loop diagram, Cause and Effect diagram, Cable tray, Air header

& JB location lay-out, fire and gas detector, PA system lay-out, 3D model, Tender Documents, Typical installation layout) and take approval from manager.

Manage interface issue with other discipline, Field engineering & Quality related Queries, Deviation by Contractor & alert project manager in time to arrest any slippages of progress or cost overcomes.

Working on SAP system (PR, Service work order, Service Entry sheet, Budget Review) and Verification of BOM.

Reviews and studies the scope of works described by the Tender document, Project specification, engineering drawing & BOQ and Prepare work execution Schedule.

Erection Supervision for field instruments and control system, Commissioning of field instruments and control system, take Approval from quality team & Responsible for close the PSSR Point.

Personally involved in FAT & SAT, Installation, loop checking, Configuration, calibration, logic (Alarm, control and trip) checking, Leak & Hydro tasting of Instrument Impulse line and completion of the given work within stipulates time.

Monitoring project schedule, submit progress reports, Handover document record, ensures safety in all activities and training of departmental manpower.

Spare management as per spare philosophy and inventory control.

Shutdown job planning and material management as per work.
