Construction Consultant, Self-Employed, June 2022 - Present Project Manager/Estimator, BCR Land Services, Inc, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 2019 – 2022

• Sr. Estimator and Project Manager for a 35-man civil construction firm specializing in excavation and improvements associated with multi-million-dollar custom homes and light commercial projects. Work was primarily as a captured subcontractor for the leading 2 general contractors in the area. Work was in the 2 premier exclusive residential developments, Black Rock and Gozzer Ranch.

• Work included foundation excavation, shoring, backfill, and grading of existing ground to design elevations, trenching, shoring and installation of sewer, water, gas, telephone, and electric, roadway excavation and embankment adhering to the legal disposal of excess materials, importation of specified select materials as required by construction documentation, curbs, walkways, swales, and drainage pipe and structures. All follow the SWPPP and local government site disturbance requirements.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors such as geotechnical testing and inspections, drillers and blasters, concrete curb and walk placement, and paving contractors. • Oversight of the restoration of hurricane-eroded critical wetland areas.

• All material was delivered to the site by barge from Poughkeepsie NY down the Hudson River. Work and material storage were accomplished from barges staged as work locations required.

• Barges were accessed daily by a tender stationed at the closest marina dockage available. Materials delivery and placement could only be accomplished on an incoming tide once depth allowed mobility.

• The project oversight by US Fish and Wildlife Service representatives for compliance with the state and federal requirements as stated in the project erosion control and dredge and fill permits. Responsibilities include but were not limited to daily reports for onsite manpower, equipment materials, work completed, problems or issues, and testing. Host safety meetings and attend weekly progress conference calls with the owner and other interested parties via cell phone.

Chief Estimator/Project Manager, DG&S Company, Kellogg, ID 2014 - 2018

• Responsibilities in this position were but were not limited to, prebid meeting attendance, specification review and compliance plan materials takeoffs, order bid bond, subcontractor contact and contract documentation mailings for sub-quote, formulating estimate cost to the company for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors and other expenses associated with the bid. Review subcontractor and materials quotes for pricing and contract compliance, digest and discuss the estimate with the owner, formulate bid and deliver to administrative assistant to fill out the required bid documentation and check for omissions or mistakes.

• Much of this work was performed as public works projects and was subject to bonding and Davis Bacon wage compliance and reporting with an average contract value of $5,000,000.00 competitive bid hard money projects.

• Other duties include gathering and reviewing submittals for contract compliance and submitting work packages to the engineer for review and approval per the submittal register. Order materials and schedule delivery to laydown areas.

• Attend weekly project progress meetings with the engineer, owner, and other entities, coordinate locates and infrastructure interruptions with the utility provider, municipal services, and affected residences and businesses.

• This work was normally performed in urban areas that required traffic control, utility relocation and replacement, installation and maintaining erosion and sediment controls, dust control, and weekend and holiday monitoring and maintenance as required. • Responsible for all civil aspects of projects bid and the management. Projects included excavation and shoring required for concrete or utility installations. Work was performed was for municipalities or large privately owned projects. Major Projects of Interest:

• Liberty Lake Round-a-bout Onsite Project Manager Oversight of day-to-day activities. Project included entailed asphalt milling, extensive traffic control and detouring, excavation, backfill, concrete and masonry, drainage pipe and structure installation, E&S control, select gravel materials, fine grading, paving, striping, loam, seed, and landscape plantings. This project had a sizeable early completion bonus for substantial completion of 25 working days.

• Midnight Mine Superfund Site - Project Manager Wellpinit, WA Project location is Uranium mine that has been designated as a Superfund Site. Responsible for oversight of the labor and materials to construct a new wash building for the decontamination of equipment that enters and exits this site. All work was completed in Level C and D PPE and all personnel working on the site had to have 40-hour Hazwopper training and site-specific training and familiarization.

• Winco Foods - Project Manager Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Acted as PM for all the concrete required for the project, 93,000 sq. ft building, parking, bollards, site lighting, and walkways. interacted as representing the subcontractor to the general contractor. Owner/Operator, Gladiator Leasing LLC, Whitefish, Montana 2011 - 2012

• Owned and operated truck and tank trailers hauling crude oil in North Dakota and Montana from the well sites to the designated unloading locations. Sold the business to a local operator. Site Manager Perini Management Services Inc. 2010

• $960,000 electrical distribution removal and replacement of the USGS Great Lakes Science Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

• Responsible for oversight of project removal and replacement of service main, transformer, emergency 450 KV NG backup generator, ATS, switch gears, controls, branches, and panels. Directional drilling, selective demolition, interior and exterior cast in place concrete.

• Facilitated coordination and communication with owner scheduling shutdowns and personnel relocation, minimizing impact to operations and fishery research laboratory. • Superfund Site -Tybouts Corner Landfill, Newark DE – Contractor Quality Control Manager. Work included relocation and grading of trash on 27 acres, cover soil, impervious clay barrier, bentonite slurry containment wall, 40 mil HDPE cap, ground water extraction system and a water treatment plant. Temporary and permanent utilities, ground stabilization, paving and perimeter fencing.

• Superfund Site- Monsanto Demolition, Revere MA – Site Superintendent. Work included, building decontamination, demolition, and disposal. Site dewatering, storage and filter pressing of contaminated water, disposal of water and sediment, installation of a synthetic cap.

• Superfund Site -Ford Motor Co., Dearborn Assembly Plant, Dearborn MI – Site Superintendent. Work included installation of bulkheads at the outlets of the east and west barrels of a triple 8’ x 12’ concrete box culvert, which carries the Rouge River under the plant. Closure of the equalization baffles between the center and west barrel by divers. Additional sites:
