Marketing and Sales Assistant for Holly Firehammer, Coldwell Banker Burnet, Edina January 2012-February 2014; assisted in all aspects of Holly’s business – marketing, brochures, staging, open houses, broker tours, signage, lockboxes, researching builder info, HOA info, all instanet forms, inputting listings, copying closer and loan officer on all important documents, checklists for all listings and buyers, attention to all details, constant contact with clients as needed, high touch with sending drip campaigns, birthday cards, coordination of scholarship event, closing gifts, move in bags prepped, helpful towards client if needed with any resources. Listing Manager for Brace Helgesen/Ryan Platzke Team, CBB, 2015; on any given day I was in charge of approx. 80 listings! From start to finish, once client was signed up, I ran with the check list of about 35 things to do for the client. It was extremely fast paced, with many details to remember at once.
