I work directly under the operations superintendent, and maintain a crew of 13 technicians, while doing preventive maintenance, pump repairs, hvac systems, conveyors, hydraulic systems, electrical, and PLC cabinets, troubleshooting in all aspects. Coordinate and direct employees to fulfill their assignments so that schedules are met, with a safe and professional workmanship. Maintained a dual role as a Site Superintendent and General Foreman over 60+ painters, masons, and laborers while also managing a Third Party Inspector lower tier subcontractor of 10+ personnel. This role was fulfilled with 3-4 foreman working 6 days a week for the past ten months. In that time roughly 200,000 square feet of coatings systems have been applied, 80% of which were applied in RCRA permitted areas. On any given day the work required supervising 10 -12 different work fronts while also completing all necessary ancillary coordination to keep work moving including but not limited to: Specialty PPE procurements, equipment rentals, tool procurements, coating material procurements, proper receipt and storage of all of those, working field design changes for design omissions and constructability issues and coordinating with PCAPP site supervision to obtain all necessary craft support as well as support on night shift from Operations personnel. Maintain field work orders, service calls, and kept schedule as directed by the contractor. Performed sand blasting, hydro blasting and steam cleaning.
