Maintained a dual role as a Site Superintendent and General Foreman over 60+ painters, masons, and laborers while also managing a Third Party Inspector lower tier subcontractor of 10+ personnel. This role was fulfilled with 3-4 foreman working 6 days a week for the past ten months. In that time roughly 200,000 square feet of coatings systems have been applied, 80% of which were applied in RCRA permitted areas.
