WORK EXPERIENCE:-

1) Working as a Senior Club Executive with JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle) Property management Services .

Duration: - November 2022 to till date.

Management of vendors, attendants for gymnasium and swimming pool, grooming of staff and discipline, managing the booking of all facilities with Mygate App. Issue and maintain data of all Clubhouse Membership cards.

Supervise maintenance of all facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, futsal court, Multi – purpose court ( Tennis/ Basketball / Volley ball / Throw Ball ) squash Courts, cricket pitch and Table Tennis court.

Supervise House Keeping staff and Horticulture staff so that all areas from washrooms to all facility courts are neat and clean. Maintain the checklist for all clubhouse facilities from time to time.

Maintain stock register of Acids and chemicals used for pool maintenance, have a daily checklist for the swimming pool maintenance schedule. Amc of all Gymnasium Equipments follow up with vendor for monthly schedule and breakdown maintenance reports record.

Banquet Hall – Managing bookings for members for the banquet hall throughout the year, assisting them with a list of vendors for catering and decorations for the various events and also implementing the rules and regulations of the Hall.

Collection of Guest fees from guests for using of various facilities, Gymnasium trainers and coaches for providing training and coaching activities to members. Banquet hall fee collection and maintaining data of all Cash and cheque collection.

Roster / Bio-metric management of vendor staff at club house. 2) Worked as a Club Manager with Wellness Associates Fitness Management. Duration: - August 2019 to October 2022.

Handle grievances of employee in a prompt manner and give the feedback to the immediate superior.

Prepare appraisal of each staff according to their performance.

Monitoring all the facility to be in working position and if any defect to report to the Property manager and the Superior.

Preparing all required report on monthly basis, i.e.:-Attendance Report, PowerPoint presentation, Tracking Sheet, All the data base report of Gym,etc.

Ensure that club facility and equipment are always kept clean, attractive, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Monitoring the job done by Housekeeping and Maintenance. 3) Worked with Lalco Residency as Assistant Manager Operation for Housekeeping.
