Don-Nan Pump & Supply - Gillette, WY October 2012 to Present

Currently I over see everything at this shop. From doing sales with customers, unloading freight trucks, putting freight up, building pumps in computer software, billing the parts out, delivering them, all the way down to cleaning the shop and bathrooms. Inventory control, and sales is my main duties that take up most of my time.

Belle Ayre Mine (Alpha Coal) - Gillette, WY August 2007 to October 2012

Started out running haul trucks and worked my way up to the rubber tire dozer and was learning how to run the blade more efficiently when I left and went to don-nan. Running heavy equipment is something I'm familiar with as my family owned a construction company, I’ve been running back hoes, blades, and track hoes since I was 12. Only changed jobs due to personal issues with a young child and one parent home., I really enjoyed running equipment. Moved thru learning one piece at a time to the standard of the mine very quickly. When I left, I could officially run rubber tire dozer, electric haul truck and diesel-powered haul trucks as large at 400 ton. water trucks up to the largest on site and was in the process of learning the 24 H blade when I had to sadly leave.

Wash Bay Technician

Peabody Energy (man power temp) - Gillette, WY February 2005 to June 2007

Here I was introduced to LARGE equipment. Myself and my partner in the wash bay was tasked with cleaning equipment before a PM could be performed, we used power washers and a large fire hose to make sure all this stuff was clean and safe for the mechanics to get the PM service done on any of the equipment. Washed everything but a shovel in that wash bay good learning experience.
