4.Flushing plan preparation like cardboard blasting, water flushing, target steam blowing, hydrojet cleaning etc….

5.Mechanical clearance of pipelines, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Columns and all other process equipments.

6.Hydro test Loop Preparation and hydro testing of the Completed loops.

7.No load/Load trial run for Rotary Equipments like Motors, pumps, Fin Fans etc…

8.Preparation of SOP Manual, Normal & Emergency Shutdown Procedures, Checklists, Hot and Cold Start up Procedures.

9.Amine degreasing, Refractory dry-out and alkali boil-out, Carbon loading and activation.

10.Reactor catalyst loading activity supervision

11.Nitrogen inertisation of the process equipments and associated pipelines to make the oxygen free.

START-UP & STEADY STATE OPERAION

1.Overall responsible for steady state operation.

2.PLAN START UP, SHUTDOWN AND EMERGENCY HANDLING ensuring timely execution.

3.Monitoring and regulating raw material availability so as to achieve product specifications in terms of both quality and quantity.

4.Ensure normal operation of plants and equipment and Record of Plant running DATA and Activity.

5.To prepare production report and plan and ensure availability of the equipment to the maintenance department for preventive or breakdown maintenance through SAP SYSTEM.

6.Startup and normal as well as emergency shutdown that may happen due to utility failure like power failure, cooling water failure, Instrument air failure and ESD activation.

7.Commissioning of Various Process Schemes.

Worked as Production Officer in Suparna Chemicals Ltd. At Vapi.

Handled productions of Potassium, Sodium Potassium alloys(Na-K), Ketonic Resin (Cyclohexanon Formaldehyde), Self contained closed circuit breathing apparatus.
