As Cost Controlling and Budgeting Deputy Manager:

- Responsible for Cost Audit & Compliance work of manufacturing division and to get this audited.

- Variance Analysis reports is being worked out on a monthly basis with compare to budgets to get the idea about its impact on Profit & loss statement which contains below points.

- Sales Variance

- Production Variance

- Raw Material & Process Material Consumption Variance

- Expenses Variance (Mainly Variable Expense)

- Finish Goods Inventory Ageing status on a weekly basis.

- Responsible for preparation of Manufacturing expenses summary with compare to their respective budgets.

- Waste Loss Analysis is being worked out from raw material to finish goods and its impact on profitability statement.

- Responsible for providing prices to the marketing team for different business verticals as per their requirements.

- Standard cost of the product which is helpful to the management to frame the Pricing policy & Price Quotation in the Market.

- Detailed Analysis done for the parameters to derive Standard Cost of the product for each Production Process like Material consumption, Machine wise Activity rates for

- each process (machine hourly rates) and Fix & Variable overheads of each production plants to develop the Costing System Analysis also done for certain quantity parameters like Sales order size, Production batch Quantity, proportion of waste at each production process with respect batch size of production order to develop the system.

As Financial Controlling and Costing Section Head:

- Developing the annual budget in the line with Annual Operational Plan calendar.

- Financial modeling for Annual Operational Plan and rolling forecasts.

- Conducting variance analysis between budget vs actual performance.

- Prepare and present all KPI’s during Periodical Reviews.

- Capex Custodian – to be responsible for all manufacture Business Services Capex, WBSs and for all facility assets in terms of Commitment (PR/PO/GR), Creation of Assets, Settlement of Assets, Depreciation of Assets, Sale, and Scrap of Assets..

- Analyze the costs, perform the variance analysis of the COGS & OPEX, and support the productivity initiatives for margin improvement

- Business partner with all the functions to support the decision-making and coordinate the financial activities on all the running projects.

- Provide the analysis and reporting with emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. - Assist in performance management reporting for the hub including insightful commentary on variances and business performance and cause of change analysis.

- Assist in compliance with financial targets, by identifying risks or deviations to the plan/forecast and partnering with the hub leadership team to define and implement mitigating actions. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports and data as per the defined Planning Process Calendar of Activities.

- Communicate with Sector's Finance teams to ensure alignment and timely communication of expected cross-charges.

- Performance acceleration dashboard – financial KPIs linking Time spent analysis, overtime, business cases & actuals to identify gaps & opportunities for PE projects.

- Assist in implementing Planning Process Calendar & Activities to comply with Global Business Services and other Global Functions Requirements.

- Partner with Control lead to set up accounting system set up, including integration of Financial Planning & Analysis processes

As Costing Supervisor:

- Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine the annual Budget, the actual costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor.

- Communicate with the procurement department to evaluate the procurement process to reach the most appropriate cost.

- Constant communication with the technical departments to review the operating hours and the number of labor and raw materials needed for production.

- Accumulate and apply overhead costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles

- Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost.

- Working with the top Management, production, Logistics, and HR to calculate the optimal profits in accordance with the established budget, understanding, and analysis of the differences when they occur, and to submit periodic reports to do so.

- Analyze, revise the conduct of cost expenditures, and prepare reports.

- Analyze actual manufacturing cost, prepare monthly and periodic reports comparing standard cos 4

- to actual production cost.

- Control over the cost of services activities Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures

- Assist managers in making critical decisions by translating cost data into useful information.

- Making estimates of the new and proposed product costs and adjusting the forecast models when is necessary.

- Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system.

- Maintaining of appropriate Cost Accounting System.

- Collaborates with the other finance departments to support overall department goals and objectives.

- Design sheets that support improving cost system ex: - Time Sheet and P/L sheet for each activity.

- Collecting data required to price new products and adjusting existing prices by determining the cost of each product.

- Participation in Month end closing.

As Cost Accountant:

- Analyze & review daily and monthly inventory reports comparing with operation reports.

- Calculating the value of normal and abnormal spoilage and do its accounting treatment. - Analyzing actual manufacturing costs by providing periodic reports comparing actual Production cost vs. budgeted production cost.

- Participate in Pricing of the new products using (cost plus) base.

- Make monthly report of contribution margin for each product and each segment.

- Preparing budget for cost of production based on the forecasted sales. - Making monthly report that shows the items that bring losses (if we have) and determining the cause of it.

- Comparing actual costs with standard costs monthly.

- Identifying the variance and make analysis of the cause of favorable variance and Come up with ideas on how to overcome unfavorable variances.

- -Making reports about all costing activities.

As a GL Accountant:

- Work on all modules of the financial software ORACLE ERP (R12) system. - Making monthly closings in preparation of monthly financial statements.

- Review and process expenses reports.

- Preparing the outstanding balances from clients at end of the month.

- Draw up monthly financial reports.

- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested.

- Prepare Taxation reports.

- Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and its procedures.

- Assist in year-end closings.

- Preparing reports for annual auditing.
