My major contributions are related to teaching, corporate training, and performing administrative tasks. In my role as BTEC Higher National Diploma program leader in Computing (Pearson UK), I have made significant contribution towards upholding the program's high-quality standards. Delivered lectures for specialized areas of computer science and business information systems in Undergraduate programs offered by University of Bradford (UK). In addition, I am actively involved in the training department of the college for conducting corporate training courses in the area of IT applications. Conducted Faculty Research Interest seminars and actively participated in various faculty development programs offered by the Research department in the college. Dynamically involved in academic advising for UG students. Also contributed to numerous administrative tasks in addition to my position as an academic which is highlighted in the CV. Throughout my career, I have been a productive member of the college examination committee. My objective as a teacher is to motivate the students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking to establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom. In particular, teaching a wide range of undergraduate courses during my career at College of Banking has made me aware of the needs and interests of a culturally and ethnically diverse student body. Collaborative learning is also central to my teaching philosophy in order to promote reflective thinking and improve the students’ communicative and trans-cultural skills.
