Summary:

By being the main litigator for a legal department that handle cases for more than 35,000 potential employees, in a multi-regional setting, I established numerous precedents and success stories in an approximate of 100 cases. I Helped reduce the amount of total cases against the organization by taking two crucial roles; advisor in chief for the initiative of reviewing previous contracts and by-laws, and was assigned to be main negotiator with claimants.
