Part of the College Cabinet of a small technical college (approximately 3,000 FTE). Responsible for administrative areas including the Business Office, Information Technology, and Facilities (including several capital projects). The campus is co- located with The Ohio State University-Lima branch. As such, responsible for various co-located functions including the cost-share agreement with OSU-Lima and the bookstore. Oversaw accounting department for farm leasing division with land in multiple states and Canada with job functions as noted in previous position. In addition, responsible for headquarters functions and general ledgers for all the parent companies. In total, responsible for 22 companies with separate general ledgers kept by individual farm (hundreds of balance sheets and income statements). Also lead a team to develop a new centralized “database” to aid in tracking of all real property throughout the world in detail, including mapping and possible linking with accounting software (Lawson). Maintained fixed asset system including property taxes in five counties. Detailed tracking of crops harvested. Performed many other duties from budgeting through the final financial statements. Wrote and implemented the Injury and Illness Prevention Program as required by Cal/OSHA and worked with Cal/OSHA Consultation in order to rectify some problems without any penalties or fines.

Successfully obtained an operating line of credit, which the company desired but had been unable to obtain for years. Also obtained financing of new equipment while saving over 2% when compared with conventional company financing. EDUCATION
