Performing the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.

Determining internal audit scope and developing annual plans.

Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc

Checking of billing to International and Domestic Air lines related to Aeronautical and Passengers.

Responsibilities:

Main responsibility is to ensure the implementation of the Management policies, Orders, procedures. Besides this few audit tasks done by me are given below for reference :

Pre-audit of all the Bills/ payment vouchers, Payroll.

Post audit of Sales reports and their banking on test basis.

Post audit of CAA bills, Flying hours of Aircraft/ Cabin / Cockpit crew, Petty cash payments of all the stations.

Location audit of all the stations.

Other tasks given by the Management when required.

1995 – May 1999 : Accountant in Finance Department Responsibilities

Main responsibility was the checking of Sales reports, checking of Banking, Checking of EBT. Preparation of Central Excise Duty. Preparation of journal vouchers. Posting of journal vouchers in computer.
