4. Process remunerative allowance and benefits on Persal : (capturing all leave & TIL applications,

leave gratuities and pro-rata bonuses, IOD’s and long service recognition on Persal)

5. Provide assistance to line functionaries on utilization matters: (give assistance in completion of TIL and leave forms & keep abreast of new developments in utilization matters and give monthly reports on TIL and leaves)

6. Provide administration of exits : Doing terminations, reversal, freezing and unfreezing of salary on Persal processing Pension documents. Assisting in completion of Pension forms. Capturing Pensions on PCM online.

7. Provide administration of housing: (giving guidance on documents needed for housing allowance application. capturing stop order, home owner allowance, housing rentals and doing GEHS withdrawals on Persal

Notify staff to submit proof of registration with HPCSA & SANC & other professional bodies
