Ensure to run a smooth & transparent recruitment. Give guidelines about recruitment process to the hiring managers. Make sure all staffs are ware of recruitment policy. Conduct interview from HR side & make a panel of candidate list for future opportunity. After complete the overall recruitment process then issued Offer letter. Training & Development:
