Embarrassment of PK-M2 expression in order to amplify the B-Raf protein binding kinase against Bronchogenic carcinomas from Pleurotus ostreatus The main objective of this Project is to study the effect of Beta-Glucan of Pleurotus ostreatus against E14Tg2a Cells using animal Study. Mushrooms are fungi, which are so distinct in nature. They are used to prevent disease like cancer, cardiovascular disease and viral infections. Agaricus bisporus is the source of vitamin B and D and including riboflavin, niacin and pantothenic acid.

PDA is used as media to cultivate the Oyster mushroom. The collected Mushrooms were dried and then powered. This powder is used for Protein Estimation, Carbohydrate Estimation, Crude Fiber Determination, Moisture Determination, Fat Determination. Beta Glucan extract was obtained using Soxchlet apparatus and purified using Thin Layer Chromatography. Analyzing the anti-tumor parameters like life span, body weight, food intake, tumor cell weight, tumor packed cell volume, tumor viable cell count and hematological parameters like Hemoglobin, WBC, RBC and differential count. Exploring whether the presence beta-glucan exhibit anticancer activity by inhibiting the PK-M2 against lung cancer. INPLANT TRAINING
