Career Objective

I am seeking immediate employment for a position that will fit my outgoing personality and skills in the customer service industry. I absolutely love to interact with others, and consider myself an expert when it comes to working in the hospitality/customer service business. I am an extremely self-motivated person, and am always up for a challenge. I would like to further my skills with customer service, as well as adapt to a fresh, new environment. Given the right tools, I feel that I can accomplish any tasks that are set before me. I am used to fast-paced working environments, and enjoy staying busy.

Working Experience

*Nemo’s Sports Café at HeadPinz on Del Prado

Employed December 2013 – April 2014

My duties at Nemo’s was Head Bartender. I oversaw all the ordering of liquor, hiring, and scheduling, monthly entertainment, promotions, inventory, and floor staff. As part of a family entertainment center there was a lot more to the job than just a bartender. I enjoyed this job a lot!

*Leaping Lizard Bar and Grill* Cape Coral Parkway

Employed October 2011- June 2012 Bartender

My duties at Leaping Lizard included mixing and serving drinks to customers in a very busy atmosphere. I also was the main service bartender, producing well over a $1,000 worth of drinks in sometimes less than an hour in a very orderly fashion. As part of the team at Leaping Lizard, multi-tasking was a must with a 50 seat bar; taking food and drink orders, washing glassware, pre-bussing the bar, and inputting orders taken into the computer. I have worked out of cash drawers, working mainly with the Aloha system.

My duties at Stevie’s included, but were not limited to: Serving food and drinks to customers, as well as the service bar, in a very fast-paced timely manner. We were always busy, therefore kept on our toes constantly. Running side work included stocking of beer, liquor, wine, ice, pates, glassware, and taking out the trash. When not busy, we were responsible for maintaining a clean, work-friendly environment. Interaction with customers as well as other employees was a constant. Making customers happy and full of food and drinks was our number one priority as a team! Throughout my years at Stevie Tomato’s I have worked out of cash drawers, and am very familiar with POS, Aloha, and Micros operating systems.

My duties at Rib City mostly consisted of customer service. Taking food and drink orders and making sure my guests had everything they needed to make their meal most enjoyable. Running side work consisted of spot-cleaning the floors and keeping all the proper items stocked to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as a work friendly environment.

My duties at the Outback Steakhouse consisted of greeting customers, taking names, and being in charge of running the hostess board; seating parties in a promised timely manner in a very high-volume atmosphere, as well as being a leader for my team of hostesses, directing job duties. Packing and taking carry out orders, as well as managing money from a cash drawer. Customer service skills and hospitality knowledge was a must in this job!

My duties at Bubba's Roadhouse included greeting customers, taking names in an orderly fashion, and seating parties in a timely manner. I was also in charge of making sure the front entrance was always clean. This job taught me the basic customer service skills needed in this industry.
