Merged my own Pain Management practice with CMI & am one of the two primary Interventional Pain physicians.

Regularly perform in-office Fluro-guided procedures like lumbar and cervical epidural steroid injections, GNB, USG guided ICNB, Ilioinguinal NB, MBB, RFAs, joint injections, PRP etc.

Played a key role in setting up & streamline CMI’s Pain management practice which now has expanded patient care offerings and multiple locations in NJ.

Helped upgrade the Fluro equipment/suite, added PRP to the offerings. Screened & interviewed candidates for various roles & trained 10 staff including MAs in process, EMR, using Fluro room, sterility techniques, using autoclave etc. Helped optimize staff workflow viz. incorporated opioid screening questionnaires before giving NP appts, created a SOP, mandated post-op phone calls, implement new Medicare guidelines for interventional pain etc.
