Cultivated algae species (Chlorella, Spirulina) for extraction of bioactive compounds. Conducted agar well diffusion assays to evaluate antimicrobial activity against Xanthomonas campestris. Determined Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration

(MBC) of algal extracts. Analyzed results using statistical methods to validate antimicrobial activity.
