PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Loyal Source, Orlando, FL (Remote) 12-2020 - present

Vice President Marketing

I have helped Loyal Source to rebrand from a healthcare staffing company to a solutions company. Additionally, we are driving a more enterprise-level marketing strategy. We have helped to plan social postings for months and increased our external PR with our agency. I grew the team from five members to 15-20 members. We are in the process of a digital transformation to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This has resulted in changes to unify the sales and recruiting process. As we adjust the go-to-market strategy to one of the solutions, we see an increase in client engagement and candidate awareness.

OPS (Optomi and Provalus), Atlanta, GA 12-2020 - 6-2021

Vice President IT

I was responsible for creating an IT department and converting it to advanced enterprise and digital systems that formed a more integrated and simplified solution for the firm. I was primarily the architect of the new systems strategy to enable more consistent outcomes and better use of their existing systems and partners. I reported to the CEO and worked across the executive teams to allow their priorities to be accomplished in a systematic and focused process.

Lucas Group, Atlanta, GA 12-2019 - 5-2020

I worked with the executive team to accomplish their goals and professionalize our branding, PR, social and marketing efforts. Efforts were interrupted by a global recession.
