Project Description: It is an infrastructure Project having a cost of 438 Million Qatari Riyals including Road Works, Surface Water Network 50KM RC, GRP, Pipes, Foul Sewer Network 15KM RC, GRP, Pipes, Potable Water networks, Electrical Works, Traffic Single Works, the project is located in AL MARKHIYA Qatar. Responsibilities:

Preparation & submission of monthly interim payment application with all supporting documents.

Preparation & submission of COVID-19 & Minimum Wage Claims with all supporting documents.

Liaison and negotiate with the Client for Claims and variation orders.

Preparation of sub-contracts, including detailed Bill of Quantities.

Quantity comparison of Tender drawings to the final construction drawings.

Quantity take-off for additional works - Variation proposals/orders.

Project Description: It was the infrastructure Project that cost 178 Million Qatari Riyals including Road Works, Potable Water Network, Foul Drainage Network, Storm Drainage Network, Irrigation Water Network, Electrical Works, Traffic Single Works, Telecom, Security System Department (SSD ), Extra Low Voltage (ELV), District Cooling Network, Pneumatic Waste Collection (PWC), Gas Network, Substations, and LRT Station and the project is located in Lusail Qatar.
