Job Responsibilities :

To make office file and follow up to customer update T&A plan.

Follow up the knitting, dyeing finishing program as per customer update T&A plan.

Give the approval fabrics shade from 1stbatch to every batch, check the fabrics quality, gsm and all test report as per customer requirement.

Check the bulk fabric & trim in house inspection report as per customer requirement &T&A plan.

Check the update pattern and fabric lay height as per customer approval requirement.

Check the size set, fit, PPS comments and customer manuals etc.

Arrange the pre-production meeting with production related guise, discuss and agree key quality, key measuring points as per customer requirement. We should ensure to follow approved mock up, strike-of standard in bulk. Discuss with our management and arrange the cut date print & embroidery in house date, production start & end date, packing start & end date, FRI dates and Ex-factory date.

Follow up the print and Emb colour with quality before start the bulk production. Factory should check 100% panels for quality, color and placement and test parameters before input.

Follow up and identify our factory weakness to have strategy to manage and discuss with our factory owners and agree to improve production related guise with issues.

Check the update line feeding chart from machine to machine. Approved mock up to confirm machine setting and operator handling. Set up process controls, authorized templates and pattern boards. Set up mid line check points as discuss during PPM. Follow up the critical quality point checklist and given the instruction how will we are overcome from that critical process.

Check to in line inspection within 100 pcs output to ensure all tech pack & PPS comments, key quality and key measurement points and fabric quality, print and embroidery colour with placement / size are ok as per customer requirements. Check to process controls and lay out is ok to continue bulk. Make sure customer comments, tech pack, spec and PPS comments.

Check the reject garment and count size & color wise should record. Reject garment should seal and kept under in our area.

Follow up to finishing ironing area before start iron and discuss with FM, FQI and iron supervisor. Required length and width measurements should mark on iron table. For V-neck and crew neck, should use template to ensure shape. Special attention / instruction should give to protect heat seal, print and each iron man should iron a garment as per the instruction and this sample should approve by me and hanged in front of iron table and special instruction should display in Bangla language.

Check to packed garments and tagging sequence should be ensure as per customer requirements and all packaging trims should approve by QC and merchant teams.

Check to pre final procedure 1st pre final after 20% packed. 2nd pre final after 50% packed. 3rd pre final after 75% packed.
