• Trade Finance senior, Qatar national bank Alahli (QNB)

Cairo, Egypt — (5/12/2016 - till now).

Responsibilities :

1.Receive, record, and review documents received from 1 the Correspondent Banks/ QNB ALAHLI

Clients through bank branches.

2.Prepare SWIFT messages and MEMOS to be processed to the Trade Finance & Financial

Institutions Department.

3.Conduct the negotiations related to issuance/settlement of import/export LCs bills. Check all import/export documents and ensure their compliance with international standards, rules, & LCs terms and conditions.

4.Receive and review SW IFT messages, process instructions ensuring efficient and timely service.

5.Assist in the preparation of management and regulatory reports and statistics, and follow

internal control policies and procedures.

6.Responsible for arrangement of FC cash flow out.

7.Receive EBRD request to draw on the loan from Multilateral Relationships & Funding, review related invoices and prepare SWIFT.

8.Apply the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.

9.Adopt policies and procedures to guarantee that QNB ALAHLI business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, Inter national

Standards.

10.Create and review reports requested by CBE and management and other bank departments.

11.Review trade (import/export) transactions.

Responsibilities :

1.Investigate the clients’ aggregate position and reputation through I-Score.

2.Analysis the retail facilities’ files and prepare the required retail risk assessment memo.

3.Confirm proper adherence to QNB ALAHLI Credit Risk Policy in addition to CBE Regulations and Circulars while preparing the Credit Risk Memos.

4.Study the proposed exceptions in Payroll companies PMD approvals towards issues related to

QNB ALAHLI criteria of granting credit facilities.

5.Maintain continually accurate implementation of the QNB ALAHLI Credit Authorities.

6.Analyze any changes in product’s features and check its consistency with QNB ALAHLI Credit

Risk Policy.

7.Ensure the correct adoption of the bank’s policies and procedures to guarantee that the bank’s business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal Rules and Regulations, as well as, International Standards.

8.Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the Permanent Supervision, Compliance and Money Laundering, Operational Risk, and Workplace Success Guidelines whenever and wherever possible.
