• Managing complete import process along with inventory monitoring.

• Projection costs for Import shipments and smooth supply chain management to avoid delays.

• Managing shipping line responsibilities.

• Collection & submission of all Govt. related costs, managing payment terms and conditions with all suppliers.

• Arrangement of Shipping Guarantee or Bank Guarantee if required and ensuring insurance policy and invoice for import consignment.
