I Worked with M/s KESORAM RAYON Unit (B.K. Birla group of Company) at Tribeni unit as “TEAM MEMBER-PRODUCTION” (Duration – 9 Years 6 Months). Secondly I had worked in M/s. Progressive, a sister concern of Hindustan Univer Ltd.

(Packaging Unit) as a Quality Control Executive. (Duration 1 Year 2 Months) Now I am working in M/s. Petro Carbon and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd as a Shift Officer from June, 2019 to till now.

Job Profile:-1) General Shift-in-charge looking after the following sections of the complex. a) H2SO4 production plant (capacity-100 TON PER DAY) b) CS2 production plant

c) After Treatment Dryer Plant.

d) Experience in Water Treatment Plant as a Shift Incharge e) Now work at Petro Carbon and Chemicals Ltd. as a Shift Officer

(Duration – 1 Year).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1 ]Process control of the process plants

a) Sulfuric Acid (Capacity: 100 TPD).

b) Carbon Di-Sulphide&carbondisulphide refinery.

c) Sulphur recovery plant.

d) After Treatment Dryer Plant..

e) Technical efficiency and overall recovery efficiency of plants. 2] Preparation of technical presentation /demonstration before management. 3] HAZOP, ISO14001, ISO9001 are being audited by me. 4] Effectively managing each plant’s operation including supervising the maintenance activity after commissioning.

5] Safety of industrial hazards are being monitored by me, like sulfuric acid and explosive materials like carbondisulphide and hydrozensulphide. 6] NaOH scrubbers monitoring in sulfuric acid plant for SO2 control in stack exit gas of ulphur.

7] Operation of softeners and filter water plant with process development are being carried only by me.

8] Pollution control, quality control of final product as per laboratory instructions and manpower planning along with administrative jobs.

9] Monitoring after treatment dryer plant.
