Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago Limited - Facilities Manager

(December 2016 –Present)

In my current role, I have overseen ~800,000 sq. ft of commercial property, including significant premises like the National Academy for the Performing Arts Campuses and several government buildings. I lead multifunctional teams, undertake facility audits, develop planned preventive maintenance schedules, and manage multi-million-dollar budgets. I am also responsible for coordinating relocation projects and I am significantly involved in the procurements of services, thus ensuring optimal service delivery from contractors.

Ministry of the Attorney General - Assistant Facilities Manager

(June 2014–November 2016)

I assisted the Facilities Manager with the orchestration and supervision of operations and maintenance works. This role required close collaboration with staff, contractors, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of properties under the Ministry’s purview.
