ASSOCIATE/AREA SUPERVISOR • ROSS • FEBRUARY 2016 – APRIL 2019 Started off as an associated and handled salesfloor recovery, cashiering, stock, inventory and more.

As an Area Supervisor, I handled my own department and was manager on duty. My responsibilities included maintaining the store for both employees and customers while assigning and executing necessary tasks.

ACCOUNT MANAGER • DISCOVER • AUGUST 2019 – JUNE 2020 This was a call center environment and my responsibilities included assisting customers with their credit card accounts. My job was not only to handle requests but to ensure a good customer experience. This meant being confident they understood everything that had been talked about, building trust, and making it a personal experience for them. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR • APPEN • JUNE 2020 – OCTOBER 2022 This is self-contract work, and it consists of projects I can work on. I worked from home as a social media evaluator on a project with Appen. HBC LEAD • FRY’S • OCTOBER 2022 – AUGUST 2023

I started off as a stocker and promoted after a few months to an HBC lead. My job was to maintain floor plans, display plans, and ensure inventory levels were accurate.
