Reporting Lines Managing directly 13 MDs with a total of 223 staff across all operations Lead revenue growth from $9M in 2015 to $30M in 2022. 2023 results were on target reaching a revenue of at least $25M. Directly responsible for opening and growing Peru, Panama and Puerto Rico, Argentina, Jamaica, Trinidad, USVI (St Thomas and St Croix) with franchise operations in Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile. Average claims volume per year was 32000 claims accounting for a multi billions of total settlements.

Directly involved in leading settlements of large claims. Largest claim was in excess of $2B.

Directly responsible for the acquisition and management of Global Key Accounts.

Revenue growth was done organically, through M&As as well as opening new offices in specific jurisdictions.

Responsible for identifying some of the regional M&A targets. Appointed as one of the Women Leadership Global initiatives of Sedgwick to promote women leadership and equality across the company. Represented the company in various global leading forums and media interviews in English and Spanish.
